Dorman Products To Buy Back Up To $10 Mln Shares - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Dorman Products, Inc. (DORM), a supplier of Dealer "Exclusive" automotive replacement parts, Thursday announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of up to $10 million of its outstanding common stock. This stock repurchase authorization expires at the end of 2014.

Under this new program, share repurchases may be made from time to time depending on market conditions, share price and availability and other factors at the company's discretion.

The company said it intends to finance the purchase using its available cash and cash equivalents.
