DICOM Group plc: Board Change

DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group”), a global leader of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, announces that it has appointed William T Comfort III as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect. William T Comfort III, aged 41, has extensive experience in investing in the public and private markets. In 2003 he founded Conversion Capital Partners Ltd, an investment partnership with offices in London and New York. Conversion takes significant stakes in public company in Europe and the US and works with management to help drive value. On 22 August 2007 William T Comfort III and associated parties held 27.6% of the current issued ordinary share capital of DICOM Group. Prior to Conversion Capital, Mr Comfort worked for CVC Capital Partners and advised Citicorp Venture Capital in London focusing on European mid to large management buyouts. Mr Comfort is currently Chairman of the marketing technology solutions company J L Halsey.
