Prosperity Capital Management Limited increases its stake in Cherkizovo Group to 15.24%

Moscow, Russia - November 17, 2016 - Cherkizovo Group (LSE: CHE; MOEX: GCHE), the largest vertically integrated meat and feed producer in Russia, today announces that it has received a notification from Prosperity Capital Management Limited confirming that it has increased its share in the Company to 15.24%.

As of November 16 7, 2016, Prosperity Capital Management Limited held 6,698,712 shares of PJSC Cherkizovo Group, representing 15.24% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company. Prosperity Capital Management Limited previously held a 13.35% stake in Cherkizovo Group.
