Schaltbau Holding AG: Dr Hans Fechner elected as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Munich, Germany, 8 June 2018. Following the Annual General Meeting of Schaltbau Holding AG on 7 June 2018, the newly composed Supervisory Board elected Dr Hans Fechner as its new Chairman. Prof Dr Thorsten Grenz was determined as Vice Chairman. The former Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr Ralph Heck had resigned from office on 6 June at short notice. Beyond Dr Hans Fechner, Prof Dr Thorsten Grenz and Jeannine Pilloud were elected as members of the Supervisory Board.
