February 5, 2015, Moscow - Sberbank announces the signing of a transaction for the sale of a block of shares amounting to 6.12% of LafargeHolcim under a repo deal using an ABB procedure. The stake has been sold to a group of international investors (UK, Switzerland, USA and other countries). This deal will not have a significant influence on the financial results of Sberbank Group.
