ROK Stars Increases ABK Beer Distribution Into China

LOS ANGELES, September 2nd 2016

ROK Stars PLC, the consumer products and environmental technologies development company founded by John Paul DeJoria and Jonathan Kendrick, has announced its ROK Drinks division has signed a new distribution agreement for its ABK Bavarian Beer brand into China with London-based REN Distributions.

The Agreement covers China and Hong Kong and has begun with immediate effect with the shipment of 5 large containers of ABK Beer already underway.

"We tested the Chinese imported beer market last year to good effect" said Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman of ROK Stars. "What's apparent to us now is the early adopters of mainstream European beer brands in China are now looking for more interesting high quality beers - beers with a real story to tell - and our 700 year old ABK brewery in Bavaria produces some truly outstanding and multi award-winning beers which have been warmly and enthusiastically received. We are delighted to have teamed-up with REN Distributions as they have nationwide retail reach and we now look forward to really building our brand in China."
