Further to the pre-stabilisation period announcement dated 20^th June 2018 - 19^th July 2018, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd (contact: Lloyd Adams; telephone: +44 207 888 6341) hereby gives notice that the Stabilisation Manager(s) named below undertook stabilisation (within the limitations of Article 126 of the Swiss Ordinance on Financial Market Infrastructures and Market Conduct in Securities and Derivatives Trading (FMIO) and within the meaning of Article 3.2(d) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014) in relation to the offer of the following securities, as set out below.
