OTI Greentech AG slims down Executive Board

Berlin, 01.06.2016 - OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8), an internationally operating environmental technology group listed on the Düsseldorf stock exchange, is slimming down its Executive Board from four to three members. As part of this restructuring, Ralf Grönemeyer (Chief Financial Officer) has agreed to step down as member of the Executive Board from 31 May 2016. Joe Armstrong (Chief Operating Officer) will take over the responsibilities of Ralf Grönemeyer until further notice.

The supervisory board and the employees of OTI Greentech AG would like to thank Mr Grönemeyer for the pleasant collaboration and wish him all the best for the future.
