Supply of glazing components for car manufacturer - Annual volume in the mid-single-digit million range

Göttelborn, Germany, 9 June 2016. Nanogate AG, a leading international integrated systems provider for high-performance surfaces, has seen a significant increase in sales in the US. The Group is supplying a car manufacturer with glazing components to be built into the exterior of vehicles. The order has an annual volume in the mid-single-digit million euro range. Nanogate AG's US subsidiary, which was established a few weeks ago, is also involved in the implementation.

Nanogate AG's CEO, Ralf Zastrau, commented: "As the world's largest economy, the US plays a central role in our strategy of internationalisation. This major order gives us reason to be optimistic about future development. In particular, enhanced plastic components of the highest optical quality - such as those we are already supplying to a car manufacturer - are in high demand around the world.
