GxP German Properties: Successful listing in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Berlin, December 12, 2016 - Following the successful capital increase at the beginning of November 2016, the shares of GxP German Properties (ISIN: DE000A1YCNN8, WKN: A1YCNN) were today included for trading in the Entry Standard, the high-quality segment of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. From that moment the shares can also be traded via the electronic trading system Xetra. The entire share capital of the company, of EUR 69.3 million divided into 69.3 million shares, was approved for trading.

In conjunction with the inclusion in the Entry Standard, GxP German Properties will further extend its investor relations activities. In the future, as is customary for companies in the Entry Standard, the company will publish annual and semi-annual financial reports as well as an annually updated company profile and a financial calendar on the company's website. GxP German Properties will also participate in investor conferences on a regular basis.
