Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 19, 2016) - Enerdynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV: EHT) ('EHT' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tak Wing Law to the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Law has been with EHT since 2014 providing him with in-depth knowledge of the organization. Mr. Law holds a Master of Arts from University of Oklahoma and Postgraduate Diplomas from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Law is a Certified Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. He is also an associate member of Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries.

Mr. Law brings over 25 years of experiences as a finance professional and business executive working across many industries and companies/professional firms in Canada, China and Hong Kong including large international accounting firms and the Law Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Law has applied his experience to many transactions including mergers and acquisitions and information circulars for publicly-traded companies as well as managed corporate reporting and compliance including auditing, financial reporting, taxation and filing. Before coming to Canada, he founded T. W. Law & Co. in 1996 specialising in corporate restructuring.

Mr. Gamble, CEO/Director of EHT commented that 'Tak has been working in every facet of the Company and brings not just excellent skills and experience to his new position but insight into the ongoing business of EHT.'

The appointment of Mr. Law is subject to regulatory approval.
