Emerging Capital Limited (FSX: EDO) ("Emerging") is pleased to announce, that MYSY Ltd. ("MYSY"), an innovative medical device company, is in final stage of signing two larger distribution agreements for their beauty and medical devices.

A commercial agreement with BBSpa S.r.l regarding the European market is expected to be signed within 2015, where BBSpa S.r.l. commits to sell a minimum of 4.500 pieces over the next three years.

Also, a commercial agreement with Koine S.r.l regarding the Italian market is expected to be signed within 2015, where Koine S.r.l. commits to sell a minimum of 800 pieces per year.

Koine S.r.l. participated from 25th until 31st October in the IMV (Italian Makers Village,) in Milan, an important event in collaboration with Expo. Koine S.r.l. introduced the INTEGRA beauty device, where they took contact with Authorities of the field. They agreed in organizing a meeting with operators of the beauty field within the end of November 2015.

MYSY expects to have a turnover of EUR 50 million for beauty and medical devices during the next three years.
