New 2,000 square metres lease in Düsseldorf

Hamburg, September 26, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Düsseldorf.

alstria has signed a new leasing contract for its asset in Georg-Glock-Str. 18 in Düsseldorf, comprising approximately 2,000 square metres of office and ancillary space. The 7-year lease will start on March 1, 2019 and generates an annual rental income of EUR 448,200.

The leasing contract was brokered by Engel & Völkers Düsseldorf and Anteon.
