alstria signs new lease for 4,200 square meters in Frankfurt

Hamburg, May 28, 2019 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Frankfurt.

alstria has signed a new lease for its asset "Kastor" (Platz der Einheit 1) in Frankfurt. An existing tenant will lease up an additional 4,200 square meters of office space. The lease will start on July 1, 2019 and generates an annual rental income of EUR 1.1 million.
