alstria leases an additional 2,900 square metres in Frankfurt

Hamburg, January 17, 2019 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Frankfurt.

alstria has signed a new lease for its asset "Kastor" (Platz der Einheit 1) in Frankfurt. The new leasing contract comprises approximately 2,900 square metres of office space. The 10-year lease will start on July 1, 2019 and generates an annual rental income of EUR 1.0 million.
