alstria leases 1,900 sqm in Hamburg

Hamburg, March 6, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease for its asset Süderstr. 24 in Hamburg.

The new tenant will lease up approximately 1,900 sqm of office and ancillary space. The 3-year lease will start on March 1, 2018 and generates an annual rental income of EUR k 265.

The asset Süderstr. 24 comprises a lettable area of approximately 6,600 sqm and is located in Hamburg's submarket City-Süd. alstria acquired the building in 2011.
