alstria leases 1,800 sqm in Hamburg

Hamburg, February 13, 2018 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease for its asset Heidenkampsweg 99-101 in Hamburg.

The new tenant will lease up approximately 1,800 sqm of office and ancillary space. The 5-year lease will start on June 1, 2018 and generates an annual rental income of EUR k 260.

astria acquired the 19,300 sqm building in Heidenkampsweg 99-101, Hamburg, in mid-2017 with a vacancy rate of 64% (12,300 sqm). The remaining vacancy of 54% (10,500 sqm) offers substantial further upside for the rental income of the building.
