alstria sells building in Eschersheimer Landstr. 55, Frankfurt

Hamburg, December 28, 2017 - alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the disposal of its asset in Eschersheimer Landstrasse 55 in Frankfurt.

alstria has signed a binding notarized agreement for the sale of its asset in Eschersheimer Landstr. 55, Frankfurt, to Cresco Capital Group. The asset has a weighted unexpired lease term of 2 years and currently generates an annual rental income of approximately EUR 1.6 million. The building was sold for a total consideration of EUR 44 million. The final closing of the transaction, which is subject to customary conditions precedents, is expected in the course of the first quarter 2018.

The transaction was brokered by CBRE.
