Dissemination of a Post-admission Duties announcement according to Article 50 Para. 1, No. 2 WpHG transmitted by DGAP - a service of EQS Group AG.

UBS AG acting through its Australia Branch has issued a triple-tranche AUD 1.55 billion senior benchmark transaction consisting of a 3-year AUD 750 million floating rate note (ISIN: AU3FN0041026) maturing on 8 March 2021, a 5-year AUD 525 million floating rate note (ISIN: AU3FN0041034) maturing on 8 March 2023, and a 5-year AUD 275 million fixed rate note (ISIN: AU3CB0251197) . Settlement date for all tranches is 8 March 2018.
