DGAP-CMS: innogy SE: Release of a capital market information

Announcement pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. b) of the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 in connection with Art. 2 para. 3 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission dated 8 March 2016

On 2 May 2018 the independent Trustee acquired on behalf of innogy Renewables UK Limited a total of 164 shares of innogy SE under the currently conducted share buyback program which was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 in connection with Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission on 31 January 2018.

The following quantities were acquired:

Thus, the total number of shares acquired under this share buyback program since 1 February 2018 until and including 4 May 2018 amounts to 493.

The acquisition of shares of innogy SE was exclusively executed in the stock market at Frankfurt Stock Exchange (XFRA).
