OTI Greentech AG publishes preliminary Revenue and EBITDA numbers for 2017

Berlin, 17 April 2018 - Based on preliminary unaudited numbers, OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8) has concluded fiscal year 2017 with revenues from operations of EUR 7.7 million compared to EUR 8.8 million in 2016. Due to the sale of Visionaire Energy (and its subsidiaries, see ad-hoc of 05.12.17) at the beginning of December 2017, OTI Greentech achieved additional non-operating income of EUR 6.2 million, which resulted in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, EBITDA, of EUR 3.9 million. Without this special effect from the sale, the EBITDA result is EUR -2.3 million, which is EUR 0.4 million above the previous year's EBITDA result of EUR -2.7 million. In its last forecast from August 2017, OTI Greentech AG predicted a significant increase in revenues and a significant improvement in EBITDA result.

Final numbers for the fiscal year 2017, together with the Annual Report, will be released by 10 May 2018 on the company's website www.oti.ag. The annual general meeting of shareholders which was intended to be held on 30 May 2018 will now take place on 27 June 2018.
