BioTelemetry veröffentlicht die definitive Meldung des Endergebnisses

ZUG/Schweiz, 4. Juli 2017 - Mit der Veröffentlichung des definitiven

Endergebnisses bestätigte BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) (die Anbieterin)

heute die Erfolgsquote von 96.67 Prozent.

Unter Einschluss der in das Angebot angedienten LifeWatch Aktien, besteht

die Beteiligung der Anbieterin und der mit der Anbieterin in gemeinsamer

Absprache handelnden Personen am Ende der Nachfrist am 28. Juni 2017, 16.00

Uhr MEZ, aus insgesamt 17'861'786 Aktien, entsprechend 96.67 Prozent der

Stimmrechte und des Aktienkapitals von LifeWatch, und setzt sich zusammen

aus:

* den insgesamt 17'848'661 LifeWatch-Aktien, welche der Anbieterin bis zum

Ablauf der Nachfrist unter dem Angebot angedient wurden, entsprechend

96.59 Prozent aller per 28. Juni 2017 ausgegebenen LifeWatch-Aktien bzw.

96.38 Prozent der maximal 18'519'439 LifeWatch-Aktien, auf die sich das

Kaufangebot bezieht (Erfolgsquote); und

* den insgesamt 13'125 LifeWatch-Aktien, welche die Anbieterin und

LifeWatch, eine mit der Anbieterin in gemeinsamer Absprache handelnde

Person, am Ende der Nachfrist halten.

Es wird erwartet, dass der Vollzug des Angebots, vorbehältlich der Erfüllung

sämtlicher noch ausstehenden Bedingungen des Angebots, am 12. Juli 2017

stattfinden wird.
