Vtion Wireless Technology AG: Changes in the Management Board

Frankfurt, November 04, 2016. With the approval of the Supervisory Board the members of the Management Board of Vtion Wireless Technology AG Mr. Chaojie Ding and Mrs. Ping Fei have resigned today from office with immediate effect due to personal reasons. The tasks and responsibilities of Mr. Ding and Mrs. Fei will be taken over by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chen Guoping.

The Management Board has with regret taken note of the resignation of Mr. Ding and Mrs. Fei but respects their decision and thanks them explicitly for their cooperation and their support of the company.
