VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft resolves capital increase excluding subscription rights

Frankfurt am Main, Nov 13, 2017 - The Executive Board of VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48) resolved today a capital increase excluding subscription rights subject to approval of the Supervisory Board.

Up to 1,025,000 new no-par value registered shares will be issued against cash contributions. VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft will receive gross proceeds of up to EUR 1,629,750 from this capital increase. The funds will be used exclusively to finance the Company's growth.

The new shares will be issued as part of a capital increase, in line with the approved authorized capital at the Annual General Meeting on July 20, 2017. This step will increase the Company's share capital from EUR 10,350,000 up to EUR 11,375,000.
