By this court decision, Dr. Olaf Marx is enjoined until further notice from exercising the office of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG. The membership of Dr. Marx in the Supervisory Board of the Company remains unaffected by the injunction in question.
