OTI Greentech AG: Appointment of Leif Eugen Pedersen to the Supervisory Board

Berlin, 21 November 2016 - The District Court of Cologne has appointed Leif Eugen Pedersen to the Supervisory Board of OTI Greentech (WKN A0HNE8). Mr Pedersen will replace Stephan Rind. Mr Rind had resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect from 31.10.2016. The District Court however determined that Mr Rind's resignation will only take effect from 30.11.2016.
