OTI Greentech AG: Stephan Rind resigns as chairman of the Supervisory Board

Berlin, 25.10.2016 - OTI Greentech AG (WKN A0HNE8), an international environmental technology and engineering group listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange has announced that Stephan Rind has resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect from 31.10.2016.

Stephan Rind is leaving the Supervisory Board on the very best of terms in order to focus more closely on his entrepreneurial activities in the EUREAS Group in future. He was chairman of the Supervisory Board from June 2015. The company would like to thank him for his work over the past several years.

OTI Greentech's Managing Board has already started talks with reputable candidates in order to be able to swiftly propose a suitable candidate for the court appointment of a new member of the Supervisory Board, and thus to ensure a smooth handover.
