Hanover, 6 October 2016 - In supplementation of the ad-hoc notice of 30 September, METRIC mobility solutions AG (Frankfurt Securities Exchange, Prime Standard; ISIN DE000A1X3X66) reports that on 6 October 2016 all terms and conditions for entry into force of the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Almex GmbH, Hessisch-Lichtenau, as well as Tri Star Security Pte. Ltd (both part of DUTECH HOLDINGS LIMITED, Singapore) were met and that the agreement was executed. The Public Transport and Retail & Logistics business units will be operated and managed by ALMEX GmbH. The Parking Systems business unit in Great Britain will continue to be managed by the unit trading under its past name METRIC Group Ltd. as a subsidiary of Tri Star Security Pte. Ltd.
