KTG Agrar SE postpones Annual General Meeting until further notice

Hamburg, 21 July 2016. The board of KTG Agrar SE (ISIN: DE000A0DN1J4) has, in agreement with the supervisory board, decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on 26 August 2016 until further notice. This is due to the current insolveny proceedings and the drawing up of an insolvency plan which takes priority.

A new date will be announced in advance. Further steps on how to restructure the company as part of the insolvency plan which is currently been drawn up need to be put in place first.
