Cash capital increase of Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG completed; gross issue proceeds EUR 2.6 million

Berlin, 26. April 2016 - Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG (ISIN DE000A1MMHE3) has placed 1,318,959 new shares at a subscription price of EUR 2.00 with existing shareholders and new investors in the cash capital increase from the authorized capital announced on 06 April 2016.

The share capital will increase from currently EUR 14,242,233.00 to EUR 15,561,192.00. The gross issue proceeds total EUR 2.6 million. The Managing Board will shortly apply for registration of the completed capital increase with the commercial register.

The existing and the new shares in the company are expected to be admitted to trading in the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 04 May 2016 (first day of trading 05 May 2016).
