Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG: Correction of the ad hoc announcement dated 23 November 2015 regarding the period of time stated - Outlook remains unchanged

Berlin, November 30, 2015 - In the announcement of Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG, (the "Company") as of 23 November 2015, 1:51 pm CET, published via DGAP, it was accidently inserted that the Company achieved revenues in the amount of 13.3 million Euro in the first three quarters of 2015. Correct is that the Company has achieved these revenues in the first ten months of the business year. The revenue forecast of 23 to 25 million Euro for the business year 2015 (which represents an increase of 22% to 32% compared with the previous year) as well as the statements to the expected total order backlog as of 1 January 2016 of 25 to 30 million Euro contained in the ad hoc announcement of 23 November 2015 remain unchanged. Of the order backlog, an amount of 10 to 15 million Euros is short-term order backlog which is expected to become turnover mainly in the first half of 2016. Heliocentris herewith starts into the new year 2016 with a short term order backlog 3 to 5 times as high as it started with into 2015.
