Deutsche Bank Hosts 16th Annual Women on Wall Street® Conference
Deutsche Bank today announced that it will host the 16th annual Women on Wall Street® conference, entitled "Innovation: Ideas to Action,” tonight at 5:00pm in New York. Deutsche Bank has sponsored this conference for members of the financial and broader business communities every year since 1995. Since its inception, attendance at Women on Wall Street has grown from 200, to over 2000.
The conference will begin with welcoming remarks by Anshu Jain, Head of the Corporate & Investment Bank and member of the Management Board. Jain’s remarks will be followed by a keynote speech by Steven Berlin Johnson, best-selling author, social critic and technologist.
Following the keynote, Sharon Hall, Partner and Co-founder of the Diversity Practice at Spencer Stuart, will moderate a panel discussion among five female thought-leaders on how to successfully implement innovation, including:
- Louise Kitchen, Managing Director and Global Head of Commodities Structuring & Sales, Deutsche Bank
- Alexandra Lebenthal, Chief Executive Officer, Alexandra & James Co. and Lebenthal & Company
- Julie Richardson, Managing Director and Head of the New York Office, Providence Equity Partners
- Reshma Saujani, Attorney and former Deputy General Counsel at Fortress Investment Group
- Alexandra Wilkis Wilson, Founder and Chief Merchandiser, Gilt Groupe
The panel discussion will be followed by closing remarks from Nancy Lublin, Chief Executive Officer of DoSomething.org and Founder of Dress for Success.
