Deanna L. Goodwin Joins Oceaneering's Board of Directors

HOUSTON, Feb. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering") (NYSE:OII) announced today that Deanna L. Goodwin has been elected to its Board of Directors.  She has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas products and services industry with Technip USA, Inc., now TechnipFMC plc, and with Veritas DGC, Inc.  Ms. Goodwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.  She currently serves as a member of the supervisory board of Arcadis NV, a global design, engineering and management consulting company.
