D.R. Horton, Inc., America’s Builder, to Fully Redeem Its 3.625% Senior Notes Due 2018
D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America’s Builder, today announced that it is calling all of its 3.625% Senior Notes due February 15, 2018 for full redemption on December 29, 2017 in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the notes. The 3.625% Senior Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, together with accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes to the redemption date of December 29, 2017.
