Curtiss-Wright Appoints Thomas Quinly As COO, Effective Immediately

(RTTNews) - Curtiss-Wright Corp. (CW) said it has promoted Thomas Quinly to the Chief Operating Officer post, effective immediately, thereby succeeding David Adams, who was recently promoted as the company's President and Chief Executive.

Quinly, with over 30 years of experience across the defense, aerospace and commercial industries, would directly report to Adams. Reporting to Quinly would be the VP/General Managers of the operating segments.

For the five years prior to his new position, Quinly has been President of the Controls' segment of the company, responsible for the segments' strategic goals, technology development, global operations and financial performance.
