Phillip Fong Becomes Managing Director of Crawford Singapore

London - Crawford & Company® has appointed a new Managing Director for its operation in Singapore.

Phillip Fong joins Crawford & Company Singapore from its operation in Malaysia, where he has worked for 24 years as managing director of Crawford & Company Adjusters (Malaysia) and-for the past six years-also as vice president, Global Markets for Asia. In his new role Fong will be responsible for the management of the Singapore operation.

Fong has more than 40 years' experience within the loss adjusting profession and an impressive track record in managing and growing loss adjusting operations. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and of the Malaysian Insurance Institute and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

He replaces Martin Allan, who has left the Company.

Crawford®'s chief executive officer in Asia, Chris Panes, says: "We are delighted that Phillip has taken up the role of Managing Director. His considerable experience will greatly contribute to the development of our Singapore operations."
