Control4 Chairman Will West To Step Down; Names Martin Plaehn Chairman

(RTTNews) - Control4 Corp. (CTRL) announced Monday that effective as of December 31, 2013, its President and Chief Executive Officer, Martin Plaehn, has been appointed as Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, and Will West, who co-founded the company and served as its Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Board, is resigning after ten years.

The company also said its board appointed Christopher Paisley to act as its Lead Independent Director.
