Consulting-Specifying Engineer Announces 2008 40 Under 40 Winners

Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine has announced the recipients of its 40 Under 40 award. This award is given to 40 building industry engineers under the age of 40 who stand out in their academic, professional, personal, and community achievements. To qualify, nominees had to be 40 years of age or younger (as of May 1, 2008).
