Consolidated version of the Arctic Paper S.A. Articles of Association

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company”) hereby informs that on the 27thof April 2016 has been adopted by the Company’s Supervisory Board the consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association, which incorporates the amendments adopted by resolution No. 3/2015 of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 21 December 2016 on amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association and registered by the National Court Register on 15thof February 2016(current report no.06/2016 of 16 February 2016).

The consolidated version of the Company’s Articles of Association forms an attachment to this report.
