Consolidated HCI Holdings Corporation Announces Delisting on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Listing on NEX

WOODBRIDGE, ON, Sept. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - CONSOLIDATED HCI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (CHCI) announced that effective the close of business on September 20, 2017 its shares were delisted from trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange (the "Exchange"). CHCI no longer meets the listing requirements of the Exchange

Effective at the opening of trading on Thursday, September 21, 2017, the shares of CHCI will commence trading on NEX subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX Policies.

The new trading symbol for CHCI's shares is CXA.H.
