    MARLBORO, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 2005--

New User Interface Reduces Total Cost of Ownership and Increases Productivity with Improved Usability for Business Service Management

Concord Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRD) a global provider of Business Service Management (BSM) software solutions, today unveiled a complete redesign of its administrative user interface, called Concord OneClick for eHealth(TM). In a sign that Concord is moving quickly to leverage technology gained through its recent acquisition of Aprisma, the new Concord OneClick for eHealth(TM) software is modeled after the highly-regarded SPECTRUM OneClick(R) user interface. Developed based on extensive customer feedback, Concord's OneClick for eHealth user interface provides a total command and control center for a user's entire IT infrastructure, accessible from any PC Web browser.
"We're thrilled with the new Concord OneClick for eHealth(TM) user interface," said Kim Jahnz, Lead WAN Data Network Engineer for Aurora Health Care. "It allows us to create a very user-friendly, customized view of our current eHealth(R) Suite deployment, and organize it in a way that makes administration incredibly simple. That translates into increased efficiency and productivity, which means real savings."
In a significant advancement from earlier versions of the eHealth Suite, Concord's new OneClick for eHealth user interface provides the following new capabilities:

-- World View: Allows administrators to create a customized view of multiple eHealth Suite systems and easily search for and find specific elements that they are monitoring.

-- Statistics Polling Management: Allows administrators to quickly identify and resolve element polling errors to ensure continuity and accuracy of eHealth Suite data.

-- eHealth(R) Suite History: Enables administrators to view historical activity that has occurred within the eHealth(R) Suite systems to track configuration changes and problems.

-- Job Scheduler: Allows administrators to view scheduled system jobs for the eHealth Suite systems and job history.

-- User Management: Allows administrators to enable or disable user access to OneClick.

-- Setup: Allows administrators to view the groups of elements that they are monitoring in a hierarchical tree format

-- Managed Resources: Enables viewing of elements by group, group list, network (subnet), or element type.

-- System Information: Allows administrators to view their current environment variable settings, license consumption, and eHealth(R) Suite server file structure.

-- Status Summary: Provides a summary view of polling, licensing, jobs, and system messages

With an intuitive, "Explorer-style" interface, the Concord OneClick for eHealth(TM) software allows IT administrators to monitor the status of multiple eHealth Suite systems and access administrative functions regardless of location, from any PC Web browser, instantly. For the first time, customers can also manage multiple versions of the eHealth Suite from the same administrative console. The Concord OneClick for eHealth(TM) software uses a simple, performance-oriented architecture that combines immediate access and reduced training requirements of standard Web-based applications with the scalability and responsiveness of a full desktop client application.

    Pricing and Availability

The new Concord OneClick for eHealth user interface is available immediately at no additional charge to current Concord customers. For new Concord customers, the Concord OneClick for eHealth software is the new standard user interface in the current release of Concord's flagship eHealth(R) Suite, version 5.7.
