Concentrix Recognized With "Best Use of Technology"
Award from Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce

FREMONT, CA - Nov. 3, 2015 - Concentrix has been recognized by the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce for "Best Use of Technology to Improve Business Performance" for employing innovative technology that delivers concrete results for clients.

The award is based on the results-driven work Concentrix completed for several clients, including development of an agent workflow task system that won a silver medal from Contact Center World in 2014. The award-winning system provides contact center agents with more efficient workflow, by creating a universal dashboard, reducing average task handle time by 18-24 percent. In another example, Concentrix used advanced analytics to help a client achieve 100 percent staffing accuracy, improving sales by up to 138 percent while reducing the cost of sale from 7 percent to just 1 percent.

Concentrix also cited its RenewalsManager technology, which automates complex renewal of contracts and services, ensuring every opportunity is addressed cost-effectively while improving revenue.

These significant, proven business improvements for clients impressed the judges, and earned Concentrix this prestigious award. Concentrix now advances to the national level, to compete against companies from across the United Kingdom. National winners will be announced Nov. 26 in London.
