ComScore Chief Technology Officer Michael Brown To Quit

(RTTNews) - comScore, Inc. (SCOR) disclosed in filing about a reorganization of its technology and product teams into a unified group reporting to its Chief Operating Officer Cameron Meierhoefer. In connection with the reorganization, the company's Chief Technology Officer, Michael Brown, will transition from his executive officer role effective July 7, 2017, but will continue to assist company as a consultant for three months.

comScore also disclosed entering in to a a Separation and General Release Agreementwith Brown, pursuant to which it will pay Brown a severance equal to his current base salary of $330,480 for a period of 12 months following the separation date.

comScore and Brown also entered into a Consulting Agreement to assist during a transition period from July 10, 2017 until October 13, 2017 and Brown will be entitled to receive a consulting fee of $50,000 per month during the transition period.
