Commercial Vehicle Group Hires Trenary As New Chief Financial Officer

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVGI) announced today that that C. Timothy Trenary has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 7, 2013.

Trenary comes to CVG with 35 years of finance, accounting and operations experience.   Most recently, Tim was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ProBuild Holdings LLC, a privately held North American supplier of building materials.  Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of EMCON Technologies Holdings Limited, a privately held global automotive parts supplier, and prior to that the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of DURA Automotive Systems, Inc., a publicly held global automotive parts supplier. 

Trenary is a Certified Public Accountant (registered status) and earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
