At New Growth Commercial Real estate Company, John has closed transactions on Single and Multi-Tenant Retail, Office & Industrial properties, vacant land, taverns, and investment properties.  John Mendoza is regarded as a specialist in Hospitality and Gaming properties and has established himself as an expert with specialized knowledge of the APEX Industrial Park.
