CommerceHub Closes Mercent Corp. Acquisition - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - CommerceHub, a subsidiary of Liberty Interactive Corp. (QVCA, QVCB, LVNTA, LVNTB) announced the closing of its acquisition of Mercent Corporation on January 8, 2015. The transaction further positions CommerceHub as the leading global provider of enterprise-scale omni-channel commerce solutions.

The company said the transaction significantly expands and strengthens CommerceHub's solutions portfolio, geographic reach and go-to-market channels. The company now optimizes about 50 million unique product SKUs for data compliance, channel syndication and sales performance. The combined organization serves more than 200 enterprise brand name retailers.
