Colas To Sell Its 16.67% Stake In Cofiroute To VINCI Autoroutes
(RTTNews) - Colas, a unit of French construction services provider Bouygues SA (BOUYY.PK), said it reached an agreement to sell its 16.67 percent stake in Cofiroute to VINCI Autoroutes. The transaction is valued between 780 million euros and 800 million euros, subject to certain operational assumptions being realised over the 2014-2015 period. The closure of the deal is expected by January 31, 2014.
Cofiroute is the concession company of 1,100 km of motorways in western France and the A86 Duplex tunnel in the Paris region.
