Completion of the Combination

Further to its announcement on 25 May 2016 regarding the publication of the Prospectus, the Company is pleased to announce that the Completion, as further described in the Prospectus, occurred on 28 May 2016 at 12.30a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time).

Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the Prospectus.
