CNO Financial Group Promotes Andy Hite to Vice President, Customer Service

CARMEL, Ind., Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CNO Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CNO) announced today that Andy Hite has been promoted to Vice President, Customer Service.

In his new role, Hite is responsible for teams that support the Agent and Policyholder Contact Centers, Premium Management, Policyholder Services, and Process Support. He reports directly to Jean Linnenbringer, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations.

"Andy has demonstrated strong leadership in customer service over the years, and I'm confident this will continue as a great asset to our enterprise operations leadership team," said Linnenbringer. "This well-deserved promotion is a reflection of his ability to elevate the customer service experience and dedication to developing associates throughout his career."

Hite joined CNO Financial in 2009, and has served in multiple roles, including Director of Policy Services, Director, Customer Call Center, and most recently as Director of Customer Service Operations Control and Implementation. Prior to joining CNO, he held various operational management positions at Citi and Sears Holdings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
