CNO Financial Group Names Jean Linnenbringer Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations

CARMEL, Ind., Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CNO Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CNO) announced today that Jean Linnenbringer has been named Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations. Linnenbringer, who had been serving as the interim enterprise operations lead, will report to Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Technology Officer, Bruce Baude.

Linnenbringer will be responsible for customer service, claims and operations support for CNO's Bankers Life, Washington National and Colonial Penn business segments. She replaces Mike Heard, who was named President of Washington National in March.

"Jean has a great track record of experience in operations and policyholder service," said Baude. "Her elevated role reflects the value and leadership she's delivered to our organization, and I'm delighted she'll have the opportunity to lead our operations team and further enhance our customer experience."

Linnenbringer joined CNO in June 2015 as Vice President, Customer Service. Prior to joining CNO, Linnenbringer spent 15 years at Genworth Financial in multiple roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief Operational Risk Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Strayer University and a Master of Emergency Management from the University of Richmond.
